Session Description: One of the first victims of today’s protracted recession is the delivery of appropriate facility maintenance services to our public facility infrastructure. Pro­active maintenance in local and state facilities has been deferred at an unprecedented rate. This trend is especially alarming in mission critical infrastructure buildings.

This presentation will define, dissect and develop the topic with practical solutions that will stimulate facility management professionals to initiate the discussion within their perspective organization.

In addition, the presentation will provide some practical and industry proven tools to use in the public sector that can lead to immediate cost savings and awareness of risk, safety and long-term total cost of ownership considerations

    Mr. Bondar, with 16 years in facility and project management, has key responsibility for overseeing Kitchell’s facility service contracts in the Western Region of the United States, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. Sean is part of the senior executive team that is responsible for facility operation and maintenance contracts totaling more than 13.5 million-sf in multiple states, for public and private sector clients. He has provided integrated facility services and support for many facility types. Through the years, Sean has provided leadership for large facility portfolios as an owner representative and a service provider. This depth of experience enables Sean to truly partner with clients in creating facility programs that meet their operational, fiscal and long-term needs.
