    As the director of corporate facility operations for Schneider National, Ty Wagner is accountable for facility maintenance, project management, interior design and security for 180 properties in North America. In six years, the company has created a strong culture of continuous improvement and a partnership with purchasing that has saved more than US$15 million, and routinely results in annual budget savings of US$1 million. Ty has more than 26 years of work experience, with the last 11 in facilities.

    As the senior purchasing manager at Schneider National, Jill Hendricks is accountable for developing strong relationships between Schneider and key product and service suppliers. She has worked in purchasing for 18 years; and as the senior purchasing manager, she is tasked with negotiating complex, critical and high-value contracts. In 2012, as part of the corporate purchasing team, she helped save the company more than US$11 million, utilizing a corporate purchasing strategy that drives their ability to obtain best value.
